Subclass 191 is granted for a period of 5 years. You must hold Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional Visa or Subclass 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional Visa to apply for a Subclass 191. Additionally, you must live in Australia for at least 3 years in that particular regional area in Australia. You as a primary applicant and your family members as secondary applicants must either work, study or live in that particular regional area.
